Virtual Currency & In‑App Purchases Policy

Some Velatrix Games titles may offer optional in‑app purchases (IAP), including virtual currency (for example, “coins”) and virtual items (for example, cosmetic items or boosts). You do not need to make purchases to play unless a game clearly states otherwise.

1) Virtual currency & items are not real money

• Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value.
• They are not legal tender, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be exchanged for real‑world prizes.
• Except where Australian law requires, purchases are non‑transferable and non‑refundable once delivered/credited.

2) Pricing & how charges appear

Prices are displayed before you confirm a purchase and are handled by the app store/payment provider (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). Where required, prices shown may include GST or otherwise disclose applicable taxes/fees at checkout as determined by the store and your location.

3) Delivery

Digital items are usually delivered immediately after purchase confirmation. If delivery is delayed or missing, try restoring purchases (if available in‑game) and contact us with your order details and the platform used.

4) Refunds, cancellations & chargebacks

• Refund requests are generally processed by the relevant app store/payment provider under their terms.
• Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees for digital products where applicable.
• If a chargeback or payment reversal occurs, we may (where permitted) suspend or restrict access to affected content, reverse credited virtual currency/items, or take other reasonable steps to prevent fraud or unauthorised transactions.

5) Parental controls & unauthorised purchases

If you are a parent/guardian, you can help prevent unauthorised purchases by using device and store controls (for example, requiring a password/biometric confirmation, disabling IAP, or enabling family approval features). If you believe a child made an unauthorised purchase, contact the app store/payment provider first and also let us know so we can assist with information about the transaction.

6) Changes to virtual items

We may change, rebalance, update, or discontinue virtual currency/items (including availability and features) to maintain game integrity and security. We will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
